Description

Primary role is to serve as a scrum master for one of the Clients development teams, currently consisting of 8 people. As a scrum master you will be play a key role in guiding the team on the agile journey. You will, together with your team, work with continuous improvement, maintaining and improve agile principles and team way of working. You will collaborate with product owners, team manager and other scrum masters in order to ensure cross team collaboration. There is a possibility to serve as a coach to the scrum masters in the immediate surrounding.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- 4-8 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience of the SAFe model
- Swedish and English fluently in written and oral communication


Preferred competence and experience:

- Experience from other roles within software development is a plus

Preferred personal qualities:

The Client is looking for a person with drive and knowledge, someone who likes to be proactive and think one step ahead and who loves to work with the team to continuously become better.
