Scrum Master - PLM

The context
Volvo Construction Equipment is in middle of a huge change journey implementing the Product Lifecycle Management way of living, which means big improvements are done to business processes and the supporting IT solutions. Our team is in the core of this journey, delivering all the IT solutions and infrastructure to support the PLM.


Main characteristics of the job
You will be one of the core people for our success, taking the role as a Scrum Master for one of our DevOps teams working with PLM solutions for Volvo CE Product Development. The team is working together with other agile teams on new and modern solutions where we have an interesting mix of SaaS, COTS and in-house applications.


Your primary goal will be to continue to build the right agile mindset and culture in the team, and help the team to succeed by applying your servant leadership and helping each team member to understand their importance in the whole. You don’t need to be familiar with our systems, or industry, but you need to have the inner glow for Scrum and the desire to enjoy the team success.


The team is even after the pandemic going to be a virtual team, where we leverage the time zones and our global presence.
