What’s in it for you?
The Electric Drivetrain Department designs the heart of the Electric Car – the Electric Drive Unit that provides power to the wheels. We design electronics, electric motors, and transmissions with a high attention to sustainability and energy efficiency, aiming for world’s best electric drives.
We are expanding our capability in Power Electronics design. We are now looking for a Scrum Master for our Inverter HW System and test team at our Headquarters in Gothenburg.

What you will do
As a Scrum Master (ScM) you will continuously work with coaching and developing the Scrum team, refining the team’s processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments. You will have a close collaboration with the Product Owner, the RTE, Team manager and other people with interface to the team. As ScM you will take ownership of the agreed team tasks and do what is required for the team to deliver them. You are part of a Scrum Master Community to share experience, ideas and contribute to drive change throughout the whole department.
We are now looking for a Scrum master for the Power Electronics Mechatronics team.  The team is responsible for mechanical concept and design, PCBA layout and manufacturing. We are also responsible for most mechatronic components in the HW such as cables, sensors and fasteners and we keep the Bill of material.

You and your skills
We believe that you have previous leadership experience, either from agile roles or as project manager. Solid knowledge and understanding in agile way of working as well as the development process are important cornerstones for this role.

You have a high ability and a strong will to continuously learn and develop your skillset in Electric Drive technology, especially towards power electronics technology.

You are open-minded and show a high ability to communicate with different stakeholders and to prioritize and make decisions. You present integrity and courage in your team, and with your inclusiveness you are a strong team player who takes the lead and coaches the team to accelerate the performance. You have a great level of energy with the ability to motivate and encourage other team members and people you collaborate with.
