Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is experienced in Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, DevOps familiarity and working with coaching and facilitation.

What you'll do:
● Coach, Inspire and educate the team and its stakeholders in the applications of the lean-agile principles and methodology.
● Enable an optimized flow of value and improving the self-organized team's conditions and delivery capacity.
● Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
● Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters of the other teams in the product to jointly support the agile journey of the products and cluster.
● Help to manage and reduce risks and dependencies as well as removing, escalating and tracking impediments.
● Contribute to the development work within the team such as software development, databases, tests, or other aspects of life cycle management.
