What’s in it for you?
This position is within Sustainability and Product Compliance, SPC, which is a part of the product area R&D Digital at Volvo Cars. The team is highly oriented around Car data and will enable data to be used by different consumers within the company and in this way, we will make sure that Volvo Cars takes the right decisions.

What you’ll do:
You will be the Scrum Master in two of our agile teams which provides digital solutions to Sustainability organization @R&D and Quality organizations. You will take an active part in the agile ceremonies of the product by coaching the team to improve agile abilities and by utilizing agile methods and SAFe framework principles to create business value continuously.  You will also be a part of the SPC ART community and participate in Scrum of Scrums with the other Scrum Masters and RTE, to make sure that we are aligned on the ART level. You will be located in Gothenburg together with the product team.

Who you are:
We are looking for an engaging, courageous person who shows curiosity, innovation, and playfulness and constantly works to enable organizational learning that fosters high-performing teams.  We see that you have some experience as a Scrum Master and in Azure DevOps, Jira, or an equivalent system. We believe that you are familiar with the Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, and DevOps Lean Agile methods.
Lastly, it is a big plus if have previous experience in working with software development projects and if you have experience from different organizations and remote teams.
