Scrum Master to Credit Risk Capital Adequacy Area

What is needed in this role:
- Relevant university degree or a great reason for not having one
- Previous work experience with SAFe methodology
- Previous work experience within IT or Financial industry
- Having a strong coaching and supporting mindset
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills
- Scrum Master / SAFe certification
- Proficient English, spoken & written, in addition, Swedish is a plus
