Scrum Master to FICC

Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) is the Swedbank business area designed to meet the needs of large and midsized corporates and financial institutions. This includes multinationals and/or clients in need of advanced financing solutions.

The business area is also responsible for delivering corporate and capital market products to Swedbank’s retail operations and the customers of the Swedish savings banks. LC&I operates from offices in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Finland, the U.S., South Africa, China and Luxembourg.

About the area The FICC Value Stream is responsible for development and maintenance of products and services related to FI (Fixed Income), FX (Foreign Exchange) and Credits. We are now looking for a service minded and energy driven Scrum Master to the new team in Vilnius.

About the job The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coaches the team members. He/she helps the team to remove impediments and works for continuous improvements.
The role includes:

Coach the team to deliver sustainable high velocity and quality
Manage, lead and follow up on activities and initiatives within the team
Coordinate with other teams and Scrum Masters
Arrange and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, participate in weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings, monthly release meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
Continuously improve the way of working
Ensure agile methodology adherence
Work with team building


What you need to succeed We believe you have a genuine interest in people and team building. You are a team player with a flexible mindset. You will cooperate and coordinate across the LC&I and Swedbank organization. The team will start working with features during September.
