What's in it for you?
This position is within Insight and Product Development Support, IPDS, which is a part of the product area R&D Digital at Volvo Cars. You will be the Scrum Master in one of our agile teams which provides digital solutions to R&D and Quality organizations. The team is highly oriented around Car data and will enable data to be used by different consumers within the company and in this way, we will make sure that Volvo Cars takes the right decisions. You will take active part in the agile transformation of the product by coaching the team to improve agile abilities and by utilizing agile methods and SAFe framework principles to create business value continuously. 
You will also be art of the IPDS ART community and participate in Scrum Of Scrums with the other Scrum Masters and RTE, to make sure that we are aligned on the ART level.
You will be located in Gothenburg together with the product team.

Do you fit the profile?
You have a certification and several years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably from different organizations and global teams. You come from a leading role such as Scrum Master, Agile coach, Catalyst or similar and you have experience in Azure DevOps, Jira or an equivalent system. We believe that you are familiar with the Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum and DevOps Lean Agile methods. Lastly, you have previous experience in working with software development projects.
