About Group IT


Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.

All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.








Here´s an opportunity to join our team as a Scrum master. The position offers varying assignments covering in both maintenance and new development with a highly competent team. You will enable the rest of the team to perform at their best and ensure that we our deliveries are of high quality. We have just started our agile journey so there's also an excellent opportunity to affect the way we work.

Assignment specification

In Team TDE Infrastructure & Security we are providing a platform for development and applications in internet bank, mobile bank and a few more. For example, we are working with maintenance and development of Identification & Authorization, Bank-ID solutions, Certificates, Fraud Prevention in the Online Channels and a number of other application infrastructure components. The team is also involved in the stability of IB and MB. The on call IB/MB for is staffed by our team, as an example.

We are delivering our value internally to a lot of other teams who are depending on the functions we provide. With big technical investments on the plan our team will be highly involved.

Some of you responsibilities will be:

Communicate with stakeholders about ongoing and planned activities.
Manage, lead and follow up on activities and initiatives.
Deal with ad hoc issues and questions that pops up.
Continuously improve the way we work together with the team and the other Scrum master.
In the team we are dependent on each other’s knowledge. We are also in close cooperation with other department within Digital banking, IT Delivery, I&O, GP, SIRT and Security Sweden.

This is a role for you who have experience in:

Project management
Service management
Agile methodologies
The role requires great communication skills along with a cooperative mindset. Good knowledge in both written and spoken English is required.
