Scrum Master to Valuestream Accounting Sweden

Swedbank is about to take a technological and functional leap from several legacy and on-premise accounting solutions to Oracle Cloud. You will be part of building the new solutions together with Swedbank´s experts and Oracles top consultants. Swedbank has implemented SAFe as development methodology. Your experience will be important for contributing to further develop this way of working.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be a servant leader and coach the team to deliver value

- Manage, lead and follow up on activities
- Facilitate agile team ceremonies
- Coordinate with the Release Train Engineer and other Scrum Masters
- Ensure alignment with Swedbank central release process
- Remove impediments
- Work with continuous improvements


What is needed in this role:
- Proven experience of SAFe and work as a scrum master
- Passionate and inspiring- but also servant leadership
- Responsibility and accountability
- Strong communications skills and fluent in English and Swedish
- Relevant University degree and/or equivalent competence
