Would you like to lead the delivery of important IT change initiatives in areas such as Credit management, Financial Anti-Crime or ESG? We are looking for experienced professionals that can join us in the capacity of Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers or Project managers. Right now we are especially interested in finding experienced Scrum masters who can help us deliver in prioritized initiatives in an agile environment.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Execution Leadership team in Group Functions Technology! We add value by driving and leading change in a complex IT delivery landscape catering for both Agile and traditional IT deliveries towards our business counterparts. The business areas we work with are Financial Anti Crime, Credit management, ESG, Collateral Systems, Non-Financial Risk, Capital and Regulatory Reporting, Risk Modelling, Group Legal, Data Warehousing and BI, Group Management Reporting and Planning.

What you’ll be doing:
* Driving change initiatives including leading the development team(s) to deliver on the business objectives,
* Translating business needs to tangible project objectives and solutions,
* Managing stakeholders and successfully delivering according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner,
* Reporting on budget, progress, risks according to Nordea processes,
* Managing risks, dependencies and impediments to ensure teams efficiency,
* Inspiring, motivating and coaching team members, establishing continuous improvements and encouraging a growth mindset,
* Building high-performing teams, foster collaboration and steering teams towards the culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement,
* Together with the teams create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion and good communication.

You’ll join a great team of professional Execution Leaders. We use the term Execution Leader as a general term for all roles leading IT Change initiatives. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your experience and background: 
* A proven track record in IT project management or facilitation of complex Agile initiatives,
* Experience in leading distributed and multi-faceted teams in a fast paced environment,
* Firm grasp of agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum) and/or traditional project management (PMI/IPMA certification or equivalent is preferred),
* Understanding of IT process and the software development lifecycle,
* Experience in problem solving in complex initiatives,
* Experience building strong stakeholder relationships,
* Experience from working in the Financial Services industry is preferred,
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT relevant field.
