Description

You will join the Tech Security & Risk function, part of the IT department (future Business Tech). The clients role is to enable the whole organization to achieve the desired level of security and compliance. The goal is to bring value to their business, help colleagues to take risk-conscious decision, integrate security and privacy by-design in the tech delivery and manage threats and IT continuity, both before and after a breach.

The client is looking for highly motivated people, who appreciate challenges, are autonomous and proactive, curious and open-minded.

Description of the project/team

- You will join the Security Culture & Competence team. Their mission is to empower our colleagues and allow them to act safely in their new digital world, through the creation, delivery and measuring of an engaging security culture program.
- Their vision is for all our colleagues to be part of the team protecting our company against cyber-threats.
- To achieve this, they need to actively change behaviours and not only push information. The client want to encourage “good habits” and make them stick. And they do this in a very positive and fun way.
- You will need to collaborate with different IT/Business Tech teams, but also potentially Group Security, Data Privacy Office and Communication.


Work tasks

- As part of the Security Culture & Competence team, you will work on various projects aiming at improving the clients security culture and competences. This might include (non-exhaustive list):
- Developing awareness and training material such as infographics, videos, presentations, sharepoint…, both content (with support from experts) and form.
- Following-up on security behaviours by creating and launching a security and risk behaviour and culture survey to the colleagues
- Helping organizing or animating awareness events
- Writing email newsletters


Mandatory competence and experience:

- 2+ years of experience with IT and Information Security Awareness/Culture OR 4+ years of experience with Communications in IT/Tech

- Fluent English

Tools/software:

- Office 365
- Creation: Adobe CC, Canva…
- Survey solutions
