Security Governance Officer

Can you ensure security is effectively integrated and managed across our organisation?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Drive the systematic work of security across Swedbank, incl. information, personnel and physical security


Establish and ensure effective execution of security Framework, incl. related internal and external regulations and rules, and alignment with other Group frameworks and processes


Develop and lead implementation of a management system for security, ensuring security requirements, roles and responsibilities, and processes are integrated across the organisation


Develop and coordinate sound processes for security governance, including Security Operating Model, security process management, and governing bodies and decision-making structures via e.g. committees and forums


Collaborate and engage stakeholders across Swedbank on topics incl. Framework execution and follow-up, regulatory coordination, role and responsibility embedding



What is needed in this role:
Demonstrated experience in governance and compliance, preferably within security, IT or related domains in a senior role within a large financial service organisation


Proven ability to interpret requirements (internal and external, incl. regulations and laws specific to security)


Experience in change management in a large organisation


Demonstrated leadership and ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniority and specialisms


Demonstrated experience of successful communication skills, easily making sense of the complex and what it is important.
