Security Manager

You'll be responsible for our security policies, procedures and programs, mainly to protect our internal fleet spread out in the seven markets we are operating in and maintaining relationships with law enforcement agencies and other security-related organizations. You'll also be responsible for investigations of theft, fraud, misuse, and missing status vehicle incidents.

The role can be either based in Maastricht or Amsterdam in the NL, or in our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden working close to the CRT team and reporting to the Director of Customer Engagement.

What you'll do

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs for our extensive vehicle fleet

- Strategically design loss prevention measures within end-to-end business processes

- Ensure Compliance with Security Requirements: Ensure strict adherence to company security policies and procedures

- Collaborate with Law Enforcement Agencies: Establish and maintain productive relationships with law enforcement agencies and security-related organizations

- Set Operational Processes for Security: Define operational processes for various security-related functions, including stolen vehicle tracking, demobilization, data release requests, police reporting, repossession, blacklisting, and management of driver license data

- Lead and Coordinate Investigations: Take ownership of all investigations related to theft, fraud, misuse, and missing vehicle incidents

What you bring

- Proven experience in security management, preferably in a fleet management or logistics environment

- Strong understanding of security protocols and loss prevention strategies

- Ability to collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies

To be successful in the role you need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid leadership skills in coordinating investigations and security-related processes. We appreciate detailed orientation. but the commitment to compliance and best practices we see as mandatory to take on this role.
