We are now looking for a Segment Head to join our Retail Europe department to perform business development activities and support new logo pursuits. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. You are expected to have flexibility for 24/7 on call availability as well as for extensive travel within Europe and occasionally to India.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve GM and CM as per the profitability targets.
- Perform business development function with CXO stakeholders.
- Support new logo pursuits.
- Build a strong team to deliver for the customer.
- Ensure highest-level of customer satisfaction / strong customer health scorecard.
- Ensure there is certainty in delivery and deliver all that was promised to customer.
- Actively position and sell the various offerings of TCS.
- Maintain relationship across the customer’s Senior Management and Middle Management levels and drive positive outcomes.
- Ensure there is periodic Governance across various levels with the customer representatives and with TCS Management.


PROFILE
You have at least 20 years of experience within the following areas:
- P&L ownership
- Business & Domain Acumen
- TCS Retail Offerings knowledge
- Delivery Management
- Customer Management
- Sales promotion
- Resource Management
- Track and report operational parameters and financials to CXOs
- Leveraging TCS experience and expertise for sales and delivery

Also, you have customer facing experience, excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and networking skills as well as delivery certainty skills.
