We're currently looking for an experienced Account Manager who's passionate about business development and commercial strategies while working closely with our fantastic studios! In this role you'll have ownership of your area while creating and shaping publishing roadmap for your domain, in addition to day to day activities. You're someone who has a deep understanding of the industry, platform partner strategies, key marketing activities and you're able to create opportunities and effectively communicate them internally and externally. We're looking for someone who's a gamer at heart and is ready to be a champion for sustainability!

We're looking for someone who:

Has a commercial mindset: > 5 years commercial experience in the video game industry in an account management position, with a track record of partnerships, sales lifecycle management and successful launch strategies

Industry knowledge: the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of Platform partner strategies, industry events and key Marketing activities

Forecasting: The ability to produce short- and long-term forecasts for all types of game content which will shape the Publishing roadmap and day to day activities

Excellent communication: understand our games and Kinda Brave strategy to confidently present our games and create opportunities with industry partners

Passion a passion for video games and sustainability and how they intersect

Bonus

- Established relationships with all platform holders, able to quickly connect and form Publishing and Platform opportunities with Kinda Brave games

- Knowledge and experience to create new business opportunities based on market trends

- Experience in other Publishing fields; Marketing, Production etc
