Eytys is an independent fashion house from Stockholm founded in 2013 by childhood friends Jonathan Hirschfeld and Max Schiller. The brand started from a desire to break boundaries in footwear design, a vision which later grew to also include jeans and ready-to-wear.
The Eytys collections are distributed through its online shop, brick-and-mortar locations in London and Stockholm as well as a network of prestigious multi-brand stores globally.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
· Prepare and manage general ledger entries
· Manage incoming supplier invoices
· Prepare and execute payments from bank accounts
· Be responsible for the insourcing of accounting and reporting operations from external party
· Independently handle month-end close (incl. reconciliations and analyses)
· Reconcile e-commerce transactions and settlements
· Inventory accounting and support to Supply-chain
· Internal finance support to rest of Eytys as needed
· VAT reporting under the OSS regime and in Sweden
· Reporting of various statistics to external parties (landlords, SCB etc.)
· Responsible for the delivery from the UK accounting firm
· Manage internal and external monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (incl. annual reports)
· Continuously work with process and routine improvements for Eytys in general and Finance in particular
· Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations and standards
· Support CFO with various ad hoc tasks and projects
Din profil
This position is a new role at Eytys and you’ll have an important role in the growth and development of our company. We are insourcing our accounting and reporting operations from an external party and you will be instrumental in this transition. Eytys is a company in growth and you will play a key role in setting structure, processes and routines in place to facilitate further growth and global expansion. This position reports to the CFO.
Framgångsfaktorer
· A university degree in Business administration or Finance/Accounting or similar.
· 3-5 years' experience of working with accounting,
· Experience from working with month-end closing tasks independently
· Experience from working with fast moving inventory accounting
· Experience from working in an international setting
· Ability to work under own initiative and collaborate across departments
· Ability to manage and prioritize tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail
