Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior AD/ADAS Sensor Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and drive the development of next-generation AD/ADAS and sensor systems from concept to final product.
Take responsibility for system design and architecture across hardware, software, optics, electronics, and mechanics.
Translate ideas into models, simulations, Proof-of-Concept solutions, and ultimately integrated and verified systems.
Define, manage, and validate end-to-end sensor requirements such as range, resolution, latency, and safety.
Develop and review hardware, including schematics, layouts, EMC/EMI considerations, and prototype testing.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering disciplines to ensure seamless interfaces and optimal system performance.
Build, evaluate, and test prototypes and assess technical solutions in a fast-moving development environment.
Collaborate closely with hardware, software, electronics, optics, and embedded teams in a highly innovative setting.
What you bring:
10+ years of advanced development experience within AD/ADAS, sensor systems, or automotive engineering.
Strong systems engineering background with the ability to break down requirements and take full responsibility for architecture.
Deep experience in electronics and hardware development, combined with understanding of embedded systems and software.
Experience with sensor integration such as LiDAR, cameras, or optical systems.
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Meritorious experience in optical design, laser-based development, embedded programming (C/C++/Rust), electronics design, and prototype development.
