Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior AI Project Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Facilitate Agile events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI (Program Increment) planning
Support PI execution by collaborating with other Scrum Masters, Product/Solution Managers, and stakeholders to align goals and ensure successful delivery
Identify and coordinate the resolution of blockers, enabling the team to maintain momentum and meet objectives
Track team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity and iteration performance, ensuring alignment with program goals
Drive end-to-end PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) adoption using Jira and its add-ons or other PLM software to enhance development efficiency

What you bring:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or RTE in a SAFe environment
Strong facilitation skills in Agile ceremonies and PI planning
Ability to coordinate and resolve impediments that impact team productivity
Expertise in tracking and optimizing team performance through Agile metrics
Hands-on experience with Jira and PLM tools, ensuring efficient product lifecycle management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align teams and stakeholders
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus but not required)
