Senior Airframe & Structures Prototype Technician

Key Qualifications & Experience.
· Vast experience in Aircraft build, Final Assembly, Installation & Modification (Fighter Aircraft jets preferred).
· Experience in working on prototype projects. (preferred)
· Working closely with Structures, Systems, Stress, Design & Engineering departments.
· Strong ability to advise modifications and production issues throughout the process.
· Comfortable working on own and in a team environment.
· To chair weekly meetings, progress reporting, shortages, engineering issues etc.
Education & Professional Background
The ideal candidate will possess a technical education. Suitable backgrounds may include:
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics or Electrical)
• Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Vocational or technical qualifications in aircraft systems, avionics, or electrical installation
• Equivalent combination of education
Personal Qualities.
· Comfortable working in cross functional teams.
· Strong communications skills.
