Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Architect – Regional Grid Stations to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Participate in preliminary studies and implementation phases of regional grid station projects.
Design and prepare building permit documents.
Conduct investigation assignments and contribute to development initiatives.
Oversee pre-design and supervise the general contractor’s design and production.
Coordinate the project portfolio and ensure compliance with Vattenfall’s technical guidelines (VTR).
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for communication and coordination of the consulting team (for Architect Level 4).

What you bring:
Architect Level 4 (>10 years) or Architect Level 3 (5-10 years) experience.
Proven expertise in design across all project stages, from sketching to construction documentation.
Experience in obtaining building permits and working with logistics and industrial properties.
Strong coordination and leadership skills for managing consulting teams (for Architect Level 4).
Established professional network and excellent design capabilities.
