Your responsibilities as Senior Asset Transformation Manager
Being a Senior Asset Transformation Manager in the Asset Business Transformation unit within Asset IT your main goal is to support and enable the digital transformation within the Asset driven Business Areas in Vattenfall. Your main focus is to ensure IT supports the business areas with clear and tangible strategy roadmaps in various IT areas. The role supports roadmap development, execution of strategic initiatives and ensures a strong business dialogue.
You will be working in an international environment supporting various Business Areas in different countries. To be successful it is crucial you have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset and a positive attitude!

You will have the following main responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic partner towards BIO and Business
• Take care of the SPOC responsibilities toward Nordic Services
• Facilitate strong business dialogue and sparring on various IT/Digitalization topics
• Drive development of strategy roadmap planning and execution which supports the VIT strategy
• Establish project plans consisting of the project organization, reporting, project structures that allow progress and time planning to be measured
• Coordinate within the VIT line organization to ensure that IT service and project deliveries matches the actual business demand
• Run strategic IT projects and assignments in the asset business area




Your qualifications as Senior Asset Transformation Manager
• Strong educational background, or extensive work life experience, in computer science, civil engineering, finance/economics or similar with IT focus
• Approximately 10 years of working experience and successful track record in IT related business environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills – used to working in close dialogue with senior management
• Ability to communicate and act on a strategical, tactical and operational level
• Favourable: Insight into the Nordic services business area
• Favourable: Strong network in the Vattenfall IT organization
• Since working in an international environment some traveling must be expected
• Fluent in English and Swedish both speaking and writing
