By joining us will be part of Vehicle Concept development team which is responsible for complete vehicle development. The mission of the team is to transfer customer and project needs to technical requirements that will result with optimal vehicle design to meet the requirements.

As attribute Leader for Physical User Experience - Ergonomics you together with your team will have an overall responsibility for achieving a correctly balanced ergonomic performance, ensuring that the final product corresponds to the market and technical specifications, and to target users' needs and expectations.

This is what you will do most of the time:
Define Ergo and PUX requirements by translating them to cad-geometry, as technical input to Design and Engineering departments
Track target fulfillment throughout the development process and hardware evaluation, integration meetings and design reviews
Evaluate Design concepts in physical prototypes and arranging user tests/ clinics
Define attribute status based on analysis and test results. Present and communicate target fulfillment/ deviation to the project
Recommend needed actions or balance of requirement, to the project Process development
Define and develop verification plans
Track and benchmark new technology and competitors

Suitable background and experience
You have been working as an Attribute leader in area of Ergonomics and PUX and have proven record and results from previous projects
You are capable of transforming customer needs into PUX attribute requirements and visualize it by CATIA, CAVA, Ramsis etc.
You work in structured way and track ergo requirements in System Weaver
You are familiar with legal and typical customer requirements related to vehicle development both in B2C and B2B environment
Knowledge of automotive architecture definitions, standards and requirements
Experience of Virtual Reality evaluations is meritorious
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Moreover, we believe that to be successful in this role you need strong communications and collaboration skills to build consensus and to strengthen cooperation with various stakeholders across the organization. Last but not least you have a passion for car engineering and product excellence.
