Senior Automotive Design/Mechanical Engineer

We are now establishing our business in the greater Stockholm area. We are looking for persons who wants to take the next step in their career and want to work together with our Regional Manager to build up our business on the Swedish East Coast. We think you have a background as a Design Lead, Project Manager or maybe as a Lead Engineer. We encourage you to take on a leadership role such as a Team leader after you have worked within the group for one year or so alternatively, you have already had some leadership experience and worked as a Team Leader and still like to do design work. This is a senior role and currently we are considering a person with a genuine interest in automotive development. You have experience in product development from automotive OEMs and you have probably had roles such as task- or project leader with cross-functional technical responsibility, including cost and time. We assume you are proactive, have great communication and skills, positive personality and loads of energy.
Requirements:
Superior skills in Catia and/or Creo
CATIA V5 and Team-Center as main tool
Using CAE in Catia is a merit
Having worked experience as interior and exterior design
Previous work experience From Scania is a huge plus
You speak and write fluent Swedish and English



Qualifications:
M.Sc or a B.Sc degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
10 years automotive industry experience in product development projects
Worked with Tier 1 OEMs in Europe.
High coordination skills needed between Stakeholders, Supplier (requirements, timing, Technical Input and System needs).
Good structure, flexible mindset & good English
