Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automotive Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Secure and anchor key program gates, end deliverables, and milestones.
Track and follow up on program progress across multiple development projects.
Define, lead, and monitor cross-functional activities related to non-conformances.
Organize internal program audits and present target status for decision-making.
Develop and manage the Program Time Management Plan, including alternative scenarios.
Drive and secure deliveries for program vehicle builds.
Coordinate plans with related programs and development streams.
Lead program risk management activities and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.

What you bring:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science or an equivalent technical field.
Strong experience in project and program management within a technical or engineering environment.
Expertise in quality tools, risk management, and process improvement.
Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
Proven ability to adjust communication style to engage diverse stakeholders.
A structured mindset with an ownership mentality, customer focus, and results-driven approach.
