Senior Business Analyst

Segment Management Corporates (SMC) is responsible for the bank’s offering and service models for corporate clients, and is followed up in terms of profitability and client satisfaction for the segment. The unit is responsible for ensuring that Swedbank has relevant offerings and well-adapted service models for the various corporate segments. This entails that SMC sets the requirements and priorities for the process- and product development that Digital Banking, Customer Value Management and the product units are responsible for. The unit is also responsible for creating the conditions that will enable the business units to do more business – by improving customer offerings and the customer base and by providing relevant insights.

About the job Strategy & Business Performance works with business intelligence, strategy development, performance monitoring, executive decision support and project management related to Swedbank's corporate business. The function is part of Segment Management Corporate which is tasked to further improve and grow Swedbank's corporate business and offering in the Nordics.

As a Senior Business Analyst, your assignments will include both project work (e.g. strategy development and management consulting type of project work) as well as analyzing and benchmarking our corporate business results and developing high-quality executive reports and decision materials to Swedbank management (C-suite). We believe in team work and you will work together with highly experienced and ambitious colleagues.

What you need to succeed You have a strong drive, analytical skills and attention to detail. You have a strong academic record (financial or engineering) and possibly relevant experience from an analytical role within banking or another finance industry (minimum 2 years). Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and strong writing skills in Swedish and English are required.
