Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Monitor and follow up on KPIs and key metrics within category management
Conduct ongoing performance analysis and provide proactive, data-driven recommendations to business teams, including private label (EMV)
Support negotiations through analytical insights
Serve as a superuser for internal analysis tools
Contribute to annual target (AT) and long-term planning (LTP) processes, and distribute category-specific targets
Lead analysis initiatives and participate in development projects by providing actionable insights
Perform market intelligence to support Strategy & Insights
Share and manage commercial data with suppliers

What you bring:
3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within retail, assortment, or purchasing
University degree in a relevant field
Strong proficiency in analysis tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or Power BI
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and pedagogical approach
