Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Analyze and refine business needs, features, and product owner priorities.
Break down high-level initiatives into well-defined backlog items.
Assess system processes, identify gaps and potential impacts on solutions.
Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure requirements are understood, anchored, and accepted within the team.
Support communication around release planning, timelines, and product launches.
Act as a role model and promote best practices in business analysis.

What you bring:
Extensive experience in business analysis within banking and cash management.
Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements.
Hands-on experience working in agile environments.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks.
Well-versed in business analysis methods and tools.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
