Who are we looking for?
We believe in recruiting the right person, someone with the right attitude and drive, rather than framing a technical specification that we are trying to fit a person into. The only requirement for this position is the professional experiences within technical business analysis to an extent where you would assess yourself as a senior person within your field, where it is a clear advantage to have experience from the financial sector.
To be successful within Modhi, we believe you need a can-do attitude, an analytical mindset and a clear holistic and business minded perspective. You will be expected to drive the business forward, able to assess and question the status-quo. Therefore, we believe that you are a communicatively skilled professional, with a curious and open-minded outlook towards yours colleagues.
Full English working proficiency is needed, and Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish proficiency is considered meriting.
