About the job
As Senior Business Analyst in the Regulatory Requirements and Analysis Team you will work in a global environment in Markets within our division Large Corporates & Financial Institutions. You will be part of a team of Business and regulatory experts. This newly formed team will support the business with regulatory reporting advice and work virtually with IT and Operations. You will be an important player in ensuring continuous refinement and growth both in project deliveries and the daily business. In this role you will have the opportunity to utilize your trading product or regulatory knowledge while working closely with different business areas and IT.

Who are you?
You have several years of experience of the financial industry and its products as well as a deep understanding of the regulations that affects LC&FI Markets. You are used to working in an agile environment and you are deeply skilled in transforming business needs and regulatory requirements into detailed system requirements documentation. We believe that you have a passion for details and it is highly meriting if you have a good understanding of how the events from trades and transactions in financial products are broken down into cash flow and field level in order to report them according to technical standards such as FpML or ISO 20022. You are comfortable working both on your own and in teams as well as collaborating with stakeholders on different levels in the organization. We see that you are an analytical and effective problem solver and able to produce high quality work with tight deadlines. We also believe that you have experience in working close to IT delivery teams and business stakeholders and feel confident being part of both projects and in line work.

You have an academic degree in Finance, Business, IT or equivalent. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience from regulations impacting the financial industry such as e.g. MiFID II, EMIR or Dodd Frank is highly meriting.
