At Global Finance Operations and the group Finance Applications, you will be a key contributor to the creation of the next generation Finance community - One Finance. You and your team will develop and implement smart and nimble finance processes and tools to support our business in the best way. This will be done in close cooperation with the Volvo Cars Finance functions Business Control and Group Finance. Through networking and benchmarking you will be part of taking the Finance department into a modern organization, ready to meet the challenges ahead of us.

As a Senior Business Technology Analyst within Global Finance Operations you will lead the development and maintenance activities in the SAP solution landscape supporting all the finance processes. The Senior Business Technology Analyst will be a key contributor in this work. This work will provide a great opportunity for the right person to gain knowledge about Volvo Cars finance processes and tools. Significant interaction and close cooperation cross all areas within Volvo Cars is required.

Main responsibilities
.Manage and drive business development for the system solutions supporting all finances processes
.Identify areas of technology and process improvement and drive development together with stakeholders, such as process owners, key users, business application managers and IT
.Analysing and communicating business and user requirements and developing business requirement specifications
.Keep track of trends, latest news and external benchmark to ensure best in class
.Actively lead and participate in operational development and improvement projects
.Approval and quality assurance of change requests in liaison with business application managers
.Workshop facilitation and training
.Experience in developing and implementing strategies and develop business relations

Required qualifications
.University degree in Business Administration, IT or Engineering
.5 to 10 years of progressive responsibilities in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering within a business development or IT role
.Extensive SAP knowledge and experience, especially within the FI, CO and SD modules
.High level of business acumen - being able to operate in and sometimes change the Volvo Cars mind-set
.Automotive industry experience, SAP implementation experience from global organizations
