Roles and Responsibilities.
Developing and maintaining team processes that are aligned to business and service objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their supply chain requirements and challenges.
Perform process reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
Produce problem statements, project charters, process maps, Fit gap analyses, high-level requirements.
Develop queries, perform data analysis, and identify trends.
Conduct proof-of-concept.
Create and refine user stories, ensuring they are clear and actionable.
Collaborate with the development team to define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
Develop business reports using Power BI
