Senior Buyer

We are looking for a Senior Buyer to join our Procurement department of Itinera Spa Scandinavia Filial for our new Metro projects in Stockholm.
Itinera is one of the leading companies in the infrastructure sector at a European level. The company is involved in various infrastructure projects in Northern Europe, including the construction of Skurubron bridge and two new Metro projects in Sweden.
You will be working at our central project office in Solna.
The main tasks are the followings :
Preparing the request for proposal to send to suppliers and managing commercial and contractual negotiation activities with the identified suppliers/subcontractors.
Analysing, comparing, and assessing the offers received, preparing summary tables of the final offers and recommendations.
Drawing up the terms and conditions of contracts/purchase orders, with the support of the Legal Department and Contract Department and coordinating with requesting departments.
Managing supplier relations
Create reports, document filing according to the procurement procedure and procurement plans for the operational units.
