Senior CAPEX Project Buyer

We are looking for a Senior CAPEX Project Buyer to be located in Göteborg, Eskilstuna or Skövde to join our purchasing team. You will be responsible for sourcing Real Estate CAPEX project investments in Sweden. Within the Investment team, we work with the mindset that the right buyer should work with the right project, meaning that depending on person, level of experience and skills, the projects will vary.

The majority of our stakeholders are located in Sweden, Belgium and France but we also have the global strategic responsibility for Real Estate CAPEX Purchasing. Our main stakeholder is Group Real Estate.


Your Main Responsibilities:
Drive sourcing activities for Real Estate investment projects, according to defined strategies and frameworks
Build and maintain strong relationship with internal cross functional stakeholders
Advise stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle
Drive improvements in purchasing processes and stakeholder behavior
Analyze and optimize the supplier base for your area of responsibility
Build and maintain strong business relationships with our suppliers
Lead supplier negotiations

Desired Education/Experience:
Master of Science or Business Administration
Fluent in Swedish is a must
Excellent spoken and written English
Negotiation experience
