Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Change Leader – Organizational Transformation to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead transformative initiatives within the process industry, focusing on establishing uniform work systems, methods, and processes across the company.
Play a pivotal role in the introduction of a new ERP system, orchestrating its phased rollout from 2025 to 2028.
Contribute as a valuable consultant in a sophisticated change management team, guiding all project phases from strategy formulation to reinforcement of new work methods.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement change strategies that cater to affected groups and drive actions to prepare, equip, and support employees through transformation.
Provide unwavering support to sponsors, managers, and teams to ensure successful change outcomes.
Cultivate a culture of effective change practices, coaching and training managers to excel in change management.
Employ your public speaking prowess to inspire, coach, and empower stakeholders to embrace change and thrive.
Driven by ownership and determined to propel processes forward.
Exceptional relationship builder, dedicated to inspiring growth and achievement in others.
Accomplished in public speaking, adept at training and coaching managers and sponsors in the art of change management.
Guide and support sponsors and project owners in fulfilling their change-related roles.
Train and assist managers leading change efforts in their groups, in partnership with the company’s change leader.
Lead and coach the organization’s change practices to develop tailored strategies and plans for affected groups, incorporating template creation.
Coordinate ADKAR activities with a focus on efficiency and alignment with target audiences.
Monitor progress and initiate actions as needed, including creating plans to address resistance.

What you bring:
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in organizational change, encompassing at least one ERP implementation or digital transformation.
Demonstrated proficiency as a change management consultant for at least 3 years.
Certified Prosci change leader, showcasing mastery in the field.
Fluent in both English and Swedish, enabling effective communication.
Excellent coaching acumen, honed through practical experience
