Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior C#/.NET Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET-based MedTech applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Work with backend development using .NET Core/.NET Framework to build robust systems.
Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to support system functionality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and GDPR.
Focus on data integrity and security within medical technology systems.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other developers to align on technical solutions.
Drive technical decision-making and provide mentorship to junior developers.

What you bring:
At least 10 years of experience in system development using C# and .NET.
Proven experience in developing MedTech solutions with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements.
Expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET, with experience in SQL Server or other database systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of architectural principles and design patterns.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards in MedTech, including ISO 13485 and IEC 62304.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.

Meritorious:
Experience in front-end development using frameworks such as Angular or React.
Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing.
Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Previous experience working with medical data standards such as FHIR or HL7.
