Credit Risk Department
The Credit Risk Department at Klarna is tasked with managing customer and merchant credit risk and the underwriting process as well as driving innovation in customer management and collections. The department is focused on making data driven decisions balancing credit losses with customer satisfaction and overall P&L goals and we typically deploy strategies through automated solutions. There are approximately 65 people in the Credit Risk Department located in Klarna?s headquarters in Stockholm.

Collection Analytics
Collection Analytics drives the Credit Risk Department?s responsibility for customer strategies in servicing and collections. Within the team we have to balance customer satisfaction, credit losses, and revenues. The goal is to support the organization in the growth while keeping risk under control and ensuring that both merchants and end-consumers are happy with our service.

Role Description:
Collection Analytics is now looking for a Senior Collection Analyst. You will be a project manager, a product developer and an analyst all in one. Key elements of the role will be exploration of new collection strategies, analysis of current customer segments, and ensuring that things get done in order to make a big impact on our P&L.

We are looking for an experienced analyst who is capable of managing high yield projects in an international setting, and with a desire to achieve results. You will work with the other analysts, department manager and related departments such as Operations, Collections, IT and Sales.

Responsibilities:
? Propose pre collection strategies and supervise execution
? Develop processes and routines in order to ensure repayment and decrease operational risk and
? Manage projects and drive collection improvement agenda towards internal and external stakeholders
? Identify and address process and product improvements through close cooperation with operational departments
? Analyze data in order to customize collection procedures after consumer segments and specific merchants ?

Candidate profile:
The candidate is expected to work both autonomously and collaboratively depending on situation and project requirements. A successful candidate has a good business sense that can serve as guide in identifying and prioritizing solutions for a given challenge. Being a structured problem solver with strong analytical skills and ability to see the full picture is a must. You want to make a difference for the organization you are working for and are not afraid to do what it takes to get the results you want.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or higher
? 2+ years? experience in customer analysis, preferably in consumer finance and collections
? International experience meriting
? Experience in establishing operational improvements and new processes
? A proven track record of delivering on projects and initiatives
? Functional SQL expertise
? Oral and written presentation skills
? Fluency in English, written and spoken
