About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager Nordics to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm and make a difference at Kraft Heinz Nordics.
You will be leading our overall Commercial strategy and Marketing for Nordics driving brands like Heinz, Bulls Eye, HP, Lea Perrins & Kraft.
Responsibilities include Customer & Category strategy, Innovation and pricing strategy. Also supporting for overall communication ATL/BTL plan & execution campaign briefing and planning.
You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
You’ll be a key member in the Nordic leadership team and be reporting into the Managing Director for Nordic region and will have direct reports.


In brief, you will be responsible for:


Develop and drive long term commercial strategy Nordics
Develop and drive long term category vision delivering profitable category and market share growth
Responsible for annual business planning process
Responsible for Innovation funnel
Managing pricing strategy to drive profitable growth
Monitor performance, market situation and opportunities for the brand
Analyze category, competition and market trends
Work closely with the local sales teams to support in building plans to grow our customer’s categories
Overall responsibility with Key Account teams for tracking and target setting of field sales partners















You will coach and support direct report in:


· Develop and drive long-term brand vision
· Develop and implement brand marketing plans considering local market and consumer insights
· Agency contacts such as; advertising/media/PR with briefing and planning
· Develop optimized communication & activation mix together with creative agencies

Qualifications


Hard Skills


· Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred (Business or Marketing)
· Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar/relevant position within commercial or marketing
· Experience within FMCG is an advantage but not a must
· Language skills: Fluent in English, both written and oral, Swedish is a plus
· Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential
