Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Officer – Repair Solution to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Ensure day-to-day resolution and management of commercial issues
Understand contract terms and safeguard client and company interests
Manage and implement commercial change processes
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Support and prepare bids, proposals, and commercial documentation
Participate in commercial and contractual negotiations
Act as the primary escalation point for purchase order or contractual concerns
Advise program management teams on contractual obligations and limitations
Identify and mitigate commercial risks while assessing business opportunities
Support financial performance through sound commercial practices
Actively contribute as a member of the Repair Solutions management team

What you bring:
BSc in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent professional experience
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Solid understanding of financial business models
Familiarity with various contract types, including NDAs and commercial agreements
Proven analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Strong communication abilities in complex and dynamic situations
Negotiation skills, both independently and within team settings
Team-oriented and flexible approach to problem-solving and collaboration
Experience in managing contracts and contributing to strategic commercial growth
