Senior Construction Manager - brådskande!

We are currently looking for a Senior Construction Manager. This role will report to the Project manager Job description: - Reports monthly construction progress. - Ensure that HSE management and control is applied to all construction activities. - Ensure that quality assurance and control is applied to all construction activities. Acts as the project first point of contact on construction matters in the field. - Coordinates the management of all site fabrication, installation and testing activities. - Coordinate Site Establishments and contractor temporary facilities. Coordinates the execution of Construction Risk Analysis for each contract. - Coordinate Work Permit Applications. - Together with "Preparation for Operation organization", coordinate the planning and compilation of documents necessary for handover. - Together with "Preparation for Operation organization", coordinate the planning and execution of Check-Out and Turn-Over activities. Monitor Construction progress. - Arrange walk troughs and presentations with Unions, Shift-Supervisors, Operators, Maintenance, etc. Coordinate Project Temporary Facilities Required skills: Construction and management skills, atleast 5 years of experience.
