Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant for PAS Scheduling, you will be advising clients on workflows across service lines and guide them through interdependencies and design decisions impacts. Working with the client, you will be creating a strategic plan to obtain value achievement across service lines and identify workflow and process improvements, making recommendations to both client and project leadership.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related work experience, plus;
4 years additional relevant work experience/higher education, including
2 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience



Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of work experience in implementing the following Cerner Millennium Scheduling software solution: Cerner Practice Management and Win32.
Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology and/or Iterative Methodology.


Expectations:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Ability to travel up to 100%
Willing to relocate to Lund



Your role will involve driving cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies.

You will also be responsible for providing solution-specific education to local hires.
