Senior Corporate Service Manager

Corporate IT is responsible for the steering and guiding framework including guiding principles and guidelines for the IT Solutions in scope for Group functions as well as common solutions for Sandvik group or part of the group.The Corporate IT Strategy clarifies the direction of Corporate IT and ensures alignment to business needs as well as defines Services Delivered, Governance structure and the current and future Technical Architecture.A key element in the new strategy is to establish and implement a new service management model for group functions and group solutions.Key performance areas As the Senior Corporate Service Manager you are responsible for Management of services, the service catalog and its structure as well as contacts and relationships with suppliers, both internal and external.This includes establishment and management of services; description, introduction, updates and changes.The service catalogue includes services like : - Application management - Infrastructure management - Evaluation of IT Solutions - Vendor and Proposed Solutions.- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management.- IT Budgeting support - IT Cost follow up support.Your profile To succeed in this challenging position we believe that you have a relevant university degree within IT or technology, as well as extended knowledge and experience from a similar position in a global organization.Excellent knowledge of English is required, both written and oral.Your most important personal traits are that you are self motivated and that you have a genuine interest and knowledge in service provision and technology.You possess solid leadership capabilities and communication skills as well as high potential in driving change.
