An exciting position as a senior credit analyst at the business unit Personal Loans at Nordnet has become vacant. This is a unique opportunity to work as a senior analyst within the ever changing environment of Personal Loans industry in a leading digital bank.

The Personal Loans organisation at Nordnet works as a business unit with its own P&L responsibility and works with the two brands Konsumentkredit and Nordnet Toppenlånet. The team consists of 5 people that are responsible for management, marketing and credit risk while our customer facing departments are outsourced. This allows the team to focus on the value-adding parts of the business while ensuring we offer our customers the best service possible.

As part of the Personal Loans organisation, whose main tasks are to manage the acquisition, risk assessment and portfolio management of a 2bn SEK portfolio, through analytical and statistical tools and methods.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• work with credit inflow and develop customer insights from in-depth portfolio analysis
• take control of and manage the credit granting process, including decision support regarding risk level and pricing
• continuously develop our products towards our target groups in ever-changing market conditions
In this roll you continuously work to improve the KPIs of Profitability, Inflow and Portfolio growth, Cost/Income ratio and Portfolio risk.

Your qualifications/work experience

At Nordnet we value both personality and formal experience, and in order for you to succeed in your role we want you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience from data analysis in the finance/credit industry.
• Experience building scoring models in a bank or finance company within the credit risk area
• Background with statistics in a banking or credit environment
• Practical experience using statistical software (eg: SAS, SPSS, R) and Excel
• University degree in Statistics, Finance or Engineering
• Knowledge of programming and statistics
• Strong communications skills – verbal and written in English and preferably in Swedish
