Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior CRM Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Adaptations to meet specific needs on the Swedish market.
Configuration of the CRM system
Deep diving into the existing system (Oracle/Siebel) to identify and transfer relevant data to the new CRM system.
Understanding of both functional requirements and technical architecture
Analyze business requirements
Collaborate closely with the global team
Continuous communication and reporting to the business and the team.

What you bring:
Broad experience of working with CRM systems, especially within the Microsoft environment.
Analyze and design solutions for the requirements and convert these into configuration
Ability to work independently and take initiative in complex development projects.
Good analytical skills and problem identification skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
