Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop architecture proposals for modern data management and analytics solutions, including hybrid environments.
Perform detailed data modeling and database modeling for data warehouses and marts.
Design and implement modern data management solutions, incorporating container technology and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics workflows.
Establish IT security measures within data management architecture and ensure compliance with security standards.
Contribute to the development of strategies, guidelines, and governance for data management and analytics.
Optimize performance and scalability for data warehouse solutions, ensuring business intelligence tools deliver value.
Support the automation of data pipelines and warehouse development using CI/CD and DevOps principles.
Work on GDPR-secured data warehouse solutions and data governance practices.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns with business requirements and objectives.
What you bring:
Over 10 years of experience in data architecture and management.
Proven expertise in developing modern data management and analytics solutions, including AI/ML in hybrid environments.
Hands-on experience with Python, R, Kubernetes, and container technology for analytics and AI/ML.
Strong background in ETL/ELT tools, business intelligence solutions, and relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Kimball modeling, data governance, and data catalogs.
Knowledge of CI/CD principles, DevOps practices, and SAFe framework methodologies.
Academic education in IT or equivalent practical knowledge.
Familiarity with open-source products, data vault modeling, and data lakes.
Understanding of GDPR-compliant solutions and performance optimization for data warehouses.
Experience with financial, insurance, or banking sectors is an advantage.
Commitment to undergo security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
