Fantasy Interactive designs and develops award-winning next-generation rich internet applications for clients such as MTV, America Online, Time Warner Cable and AT&T.We are extremely selective of our clientele and our projects in order to remain on the leading edge of the industry and to keep our employees challenged.Our offices are located in New York and Stockholm, and the company employs over 50 different professionals and experts.Our team is growing and we are now looking for a Senior Designer to join FI in Stockholm!As an FI Senior Designer you have a passion and detailed understanding for how next-generation interactive experiences should look, feel and function on the web, today and tomorrow.This includes having an extensive knowledge of usability for websites, portals and web applications. The Senior Designer has the responsibility for leading the design and creative team within the company.Training, mentoring as well as maintaining an inspirational atmosphere within the office is also part of this role.A senior must have a holistic view on each project, making sure the quality is top notch. As a senior, you also have frequent contact with clients and need to be ready to answer their questions on demand.You must be a mature, professional individual who has well-rounded knowledge of development, organizing, mentoring and leading.You need to be flexible in order to quickly switch between tasks and be able to produce at the highest level.In this role you will get the opportunity to help shape the company and create unique, world-class interactive applications.Responsibilities and Duties: .To manage and lead the creative department .To keep up the high quality standards company-wide and ensure that all finished designs are polished to our FI-Quality level .To professionally handle client contact and communication .To establish and maintain processes and standards .To mentor and inspire new and existing team members .To conduct workshops for company design group .To startup, specify and plan new projects Qualifications: .You must have extensive knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as knowledge of Flash .You have an excellent understanding of and experience with Website layout and usability design .You are extremely passionate about details; every last pixel is important to you .You have leadership and management qualities that help you run a team .We are continuously reviewing candidates so please send your application as soon as possible.Read more about us at www.fantasy-interactive.com
