Job description
Do you know how to build an intelligent notification application that handles thousands of transactions every day?
As a Senior Developer your and our CTO’s responsibility will be to make sure our digital presence works as intended. You will work with maintenance and development of our website, middleware, CRM-system and also build new great digital services that no one has built before.
Today our marketing and sales website is built in WordPress, our middleware (brain) is in Elixir/Erlang and we use Hubspot for CRM and marketing functionality. How fast can our website load? How resilient can it be? What functionality can help our customers be more secure in the future? Let’s find out!

You are a highly skilled senior developer with analytical capabilities and the skill to prioritize between different technical solutions based on our overall strategic goals.
You will have lots of responsibility from day one and freely choose how you want to improve our technical infrastructure and solve technical challenges.
Key skills and experiences for a successful candidate
5+ years of coding experience
Being meticulous in your coding
You get satisfaction from creating smooth technical solutions that colleagues and customers love
Being able to think outside the box and consider alternative technical solutions to achieve our business goals
Fluency in English

Languages
We work primarily with PHP and Elixir with different front end languages such as VueJS. We dont require you to know elixir if you already know Ruby. As the founders of Elixir were ruby influenced when they wrote Elixir, the learning curve from object oriented language to functional language should be pretty smooth.
