Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Advocate for and implement security best practices across ALM platforms and development tooling
Facilitate effective cross-team collaboration to establish secure and scalable solutions
Develop, document and standardise secure infrastructure and software protocols
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability within the organisation
Coach and guide the team, supporting Product Owners in backlog prioritisation
Identify improvement needs in internal ways of working, methods and tools, and evaluate new options to enhance IT development
Provide operational support to business development teams using development platforms and CI/CD pipelines
On-board and train new users, offering support with tool configuration and customisation

What you bring:
A minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally with a focus on ALM
An academic degree in system development or equivalent
Proven experience coaching and guiding technical teams
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as TFS, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Solid understanding of DevOps principles and a lean-agile mindset
Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage
Excellent organisational, time-management and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A proactive and resilient approach to solving complex challenges
Technical expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud and Sonatype Lifecycle
