Senior Director International Commercialization

Helix Sweden AB is focused on the commercialization of innovative tobacco products. Today, the company is responsible for the marketing, sales and distribution of the org nicitone pouch product on!. Operations are conducted on the same premises as its sister company, Råå S AB, with plans to add an office in Stockholm, Sweden.
There is a lot of exciting and challenging work here and we are now looking for a
Senior Director International Commercialization.


As a Senior Director International Commercialization your responsibility is to


· Lead sales and trade marketing efforts for On!
· Design and execute programs for On! in Sweden to build international brand equity.
· Lead a small team of account and brand managers.
· Manage timelines for multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally.


About you
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred with at least 10+ years of Trade Marketing and/or Brand experience in the tobacco industry.
As we are working in an international environment it´s important that you have very good skills in the English language, written and verbal.
We are a small team and your personal characteristics are important. It is important that you are independent, engaged and used to collaberating. You like to work in fast and flexible organizations and you have a high integrity.
