Responsible for providing innovative technology for solving EMC and lightning protection problem of telecom network product. ? Responsible for investigating technology trends and key technology of EMC and lightning protection for telecom equipment. Essential skills Required More than 8 years experiences on system and PBC EMC design for telecom network product or products with similar EMC challenges. More than 5 years experiences on bonding, grounding and lightning protection of telecom network product. The ability to analyse the technology trends of EMC and lightning protection for telecom equipment. Expert knowledge of international standards and procedures related to obtaining worldwide product certifications on EMC and lightning protection. Familiar with numerical modelling tools for EMC design Additional skills required ? Fluent speaking and writing in English ? Good communications and presentation skills ? The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment ? The ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them Beneficial ? Experience as team leader is preferred ? Electronic analogue/digital engineering background, preferably from telecommunications companies. ? Familiarity with EMC and lightning protection test standards
